Section 01
Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, the word "Platform" refers to the jk8asia website accessible at jk8asia.one as well as any other applications or interfaces provided by us. "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses the Platform's services. "We" or "jk8asia" refers to the operator of the Platform.

"Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds available in a player's account at any given time. "Bonus Funds" refers to free credits or bonuses credited to a player's account based on the terms of a specific promotion. "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

Section 02
Eligibility and Registration

Use of the jk8asia platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Aged 21 years or above on the date of registration.
• Residing in an area where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Not previously banned or suspended from using the jk8asia platform.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or as a representative of any business entity.
• Using a valid and verifiable identity and personal information.

During registration, players are required to provide their full name as per their identity card (MyKad) or passport, an active mobile phone number, a valid email address, and their bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes. jk8asia reserves the right to request additional documents such as a copy of your MyKad for identity verification purposes at any time.

Section 03
Player Account

Each player is only allowed one active account on the jk8asia platform. Holding more than one account — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or another individual using the same device or network — constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all such accounts without prior notice.

Players are fully responsible for keeping their account login details secure. Passwords should be chosen carefully and not shared with anyone. jk8asia will not be held liable for any financial loss or loss of funds arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence.

Players have the right to close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any valid account balance will be returned to the player once the verification process is complete.

Section 04
Deposits and Withdrawals

The jk8asia platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH. All these methods support a minimum deposit of RM10.

The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal requests that meet the requirements will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. jk8asia reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawal requests for certain amounts, particularly for new players or transactions that exceed the usual limits.

Funds deposited into a jk8asia account are for online gambling purposes only. Using the platform for money transfers, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Section 05
Bonuses and Promotions

jk8asia offers various promotions to registered members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements stated in their respective promotion terms.

The jk8asia welcome bonus gives an additional 150% on the player's first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount received before any withdrawal can be processed. For example: a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM150, bringing the balance to RM250, with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 15 = RM2,250.

Players are not permitted to withdraw from any game or transfer their account balance while the bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met. Any attempt to circumvent wagering requirements through hedging methods or similar strategies may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings.

• A promotion can only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• jk8asia reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Accounts found to be misusing promotions will face action including account closure.

Section 06
Game Rules

All games offered on the jk8asia platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, poker, and arcade games — are operated according to their own specific rules. Players are encouraged to read the rules of each game before placing bets.

All game results are final once processed by the system. If a technical disruption or system failure occurs during a game session, jk8asia will review the game records and provide a fair resolution based on verifiable results. Bets left pending due to technical disruptions will be cancelled and funds returned.

Sports betting and live wagering are subject to additional rules regarding bet acceptance timing, event cancellations and market settlement. Odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed by the system.

Section 07
Player Conduct

Players are required to interact with other players and support staff in a polite and respectful manner. Any form of threats, abusive language, harassment or behaviour that negatively affects other players' experience is prohibited.

The use of automation software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited. Players found using such methods will face immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

Collusion between players to gain an advantage in games, particularly in poker or live table games, is a serious violation of these terms and may result in legal action.

Section 08
Account Suspension and Closure

jk8asia reserves the right to suspend or close any player account for the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Violation of any terms and conditions in this document.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Holding more than one active account.
• A request from legal authorities or a regulatory body.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, jk8asia reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. If the violation is confirmed, the account balance may be fully forfeited. Players have the right to appeal an account closure decision through the customer support channel.

Section 09
Limitation of Liability

jk8asia bears no liability for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of gambling on this platform. Players are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. This platform is provided "as is" and jk8asia makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes.

jk8asia is not responsible for indirect losses, consequential losses, or special damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical delays, or failures by third parties such as payment providers.

Section 10
Amendments to Terms and Conditions

jk8asia reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to players via a notice on the platform or by email to the registered address.

Continued use of the jk8asia platform after the effective date of any amended terms is considered acceptance of those changes. If a player does not agree with the amended terms, they have the right to close their account before the amendment's effective date.

Section 11
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The jk8asia platform operates under a valid international licence. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform will first be addressed through negotiation between the player and jk8asia via the official customer support channel.

If negotiation fails to reach a satisfactory resolution, the dispute may be referred to an independent and relevant arbitration body recognised by the licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in these terms does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which remain in full force.
